Over-The-Phone Interpreting

The Language Exchange has been providing fast, accurate & confidential language services, including Over The Phone Interpretation (OPI).  We Now Offer 207 Languages By Phone!

Customers request Over-The-Phone Certified Legal Interpreters or Medical Interpreters for short and unexpected patient and client encounters. For longer appointments in Washington state, we consult with in-person interpreters for you.

Interpreters for almost any language are connected with callers within approximately one minute. Interpreters are qualified, confidential and professional. They  have a minimum of two years experience and are bi-cultural. Professional interpreting by phone includes HIPAA Compliance and is based on meaning for meaning interpretation.

Contractors with the Language Exchange provide accurate, professional and confidential interpreting:

  • On-site Interpretation (spoken and sign)
  • Over-the-phone interpretation services

Rates: 15 minute minimum – $1.75/min

Please fill out the information below to set up your Over the Phone Interpreting account.  Payment for services is to be made within 25 days from invoice received from The Language Exchange, Inc. A late fee of $5.00 or 1.5% per month whichever is greater will be charged on all past due invoices.  Billing is made only for interpreter services requested by the designated persons on this form.
